Hiring an Acupuncturist

Get all the benefits of an independent practice, with none of the hassle. We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Acupuncturist to join our practice. Initially, this person will be the only acupuncturist with a dedicated assistant and front office staff. This practice is professionally managed so you can focus 100% on patient care. We have plenty of work to keep you busy. Choose from a part-time role at 20 hours per week or a full-time role at 40 hours per week.

We are looking for someone who is independent and looking for growth. We need someone who puts patients first and wants to be known as the absolute best acupunturist in Northwest Arkansas. Our team will support you in your goals so that you can be the absolute best you can be.

Duties

• Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine individual treatment needs.
• Perform physical examinations and document patient histories accurately.
• Develop personalized treatment plans utilizing acupuncture techniques.
• Administer acupuncture treatments while ensuring patient comfort and safety.
• Provide education on pain management strategies and lifestyle modifications.
• Maintain accurate records of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.
• Stay updated on the latest practices in acupuncture and holistic health.

Skills

• Strong patient care skills with a focus on empathy and communication.
• Proficient in conducting physical examinations and understanding medical terminology.
• Knowledge of anatomy to effectively locate acupuncture points.
• Valid AR acupuncture license is required
• Ability to perform patient assessments and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Experience in pain management techniques, including trigger point therapy.
• Excellent organizational skills to maintain accurate patient records.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $38.00 – $51.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
